- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I love Dr. Collier, I have been with him over 10 years and he is the most carring and thoughtful provider. HIs staff on the other hand are the absolute WORST. They called me 24 hours prior to my appointment to let me know that I need a referral prior to the appointment. It was a a HUGE inconvenience espeacailly since I have taken off from work and I work in FAIRFAX VA. I have patients that I have to see as well and this is really unprofessional on behalf of the staff. 48 hours if there was a insurance issue then a call should've been made. NOT 24 hours. This has turned me off from a doctor to whom I've been with for years. TRAIN STAFF to do BETTER!!May 26, 2017by MICHELLE ELLIS
