- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪As a person with Cerebral Palsy and associated vision issues. I only trust my eyes to one man: Dr. David. F. Plotsk!y I have been his patient since 1991 ! He did surgery on me as a child and I am indebted to him. The office manager the previous reviewer complained about is Dr. Plotskty's wonderful wife Nancy.
